Beaufort Park, Bracknell

Our involvement with this project began with brickwork, and after receiving great feedback on our work we were additionally awarded the roofing package. We are very excited to be a part of this landscape-led development that plans to integrate the natural beauty of the woodland surroundings into this new community.

Chatham Street, Reading

Our brickwork team has been aiding Abri in this development of 54 new homes.

Deepcut

The Glades at Mindenhurst is a collection of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. The project, consisting of over 200 new build homes, is the first phase of what is already becoming a fantastic project for GHD to be involved in.

Swallowfield

A new development in Swallowfield, Berkshire consisting of 20 new homes, comprising a selection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and GHD have been awarded the roofing package for this project

Meadow Road, Slough

GHD contracting are supplying the brickwork for a new build Abri development, 'Meadow Road' in Slough, providing the community with 21 two-bed and 12 one-bed flats, and 15 three-bed and five two-bed terraced homes for a social housing scheme will see a the new homes come to the market in the coming months.

Radlett

We are responsible for delivering all shell and core works on this prestigious development in Radlett. Our scope includes the full structural frame, external envelope, and essential building services to provide a high-quality, watertight structure ready for fit-out.

Crownfield Court, Windlesham

We are proud to be supporting Persimmon Homes with the delivery of Crownfield Court, a new residential development in Windlesham. This exciting project features a collection of brand-new, stylish homes designed to offer modern living in a desirable Surrey village setting.

Hazelmere, Bellway

Thoughtfully designed development of brand-new homes in the charming village of Hazlemere, located less than a mile from the village centre and just three miles from High Wycombe.

Westvale Park, Horley

An exciting new build scheme in Horley, as part of a joint venture with Persimmon Homes and Crest Nicholson. The development, located at Westvale Park—a vibrant and growing community—will deliver dozens of new apartments alongside a wide range of local amenities including a school, community centre, outdoor spaces, and a restaurant/pub. Construction is now underway, with GHD taking the lead on the majority of the external works, helping to shape a high-quality living environment that enhances the wider neighbourhood.

Located in the heart of Oxford, this prestigious development involves the careful restoration and enhancement of Grade A listed buildings. The site showcases traditional craftsmanship with prominent pitched roofing, finished in reclaimed Welsh slate and lead coverings. This project reflects a commitment to preserving architectural heritage while delivering exceptional build quality.
